CERTIFICATION IN APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE FOR COACHING

Program Outline

HR professionals, coaches, and consultants will learn to use neuroscience-based change-acquisition models, principles, and tools to guide coachable and non-coachable individuals. This program covers the invisible barriers blocking receptive, motivated individuals from making desirable transformations and how to overcome them as well as how to achieve desired outcomes and support highly resistant individuals when change is difficult to acquire or sustain.

1. Basic package:

  • Prerequisite: Previous experience as a coach, or other form of change facilitation.

  • What to expect: A self-paced, virtual, expert guided certification program providing an in-depth theoretical foundation of leading Neuroscience-based change models.

  • How does it work: Like all KCI Certification programs, this is a 1-on-1 program. Online lectures covering neuroscience-based foundations to study at your own pace (7 modules). One session with a KCI Certifying Partner at the end of each module to ask any questions you may have.

  • Certification requirements: Complete a test with a written portion and a verbal portion as proof of fluency (you may take the test as many times as you wish until you pass at no additional cost).

2. Advanced package:

  • Prerequisite: Previous experience as a coach, or other form of change facilitation.

  • What to expect: Exercises, practice, and hands-on application of tools and principles. Everything included in the Basic package + in-practice application of using Neuroscience-based change models to support coachable individuals through difficult change.

  • How does it work: Includes unlimited 1-on-1 sessions with a KCI Certifying Partner to focus on application and implementation and additional experience-based modules -  in addition to all the modules and materials provided in the Basic package.

3. Expert package:

  • Prerequisite: Previous experience as a coach, or other form of change facilitation.

  • What to expect: Everything included in the Advanced package + how to support non-coachable individuals through difficult change.

  • How does it work: Seven (7) experience-based modules in addition to the nine (9) provided in the Advanced package including unlimited 1-on-1 sessions with a KCI Certifying Partner to focus on application and implementation.
