A Three-Part Program

KCI's Advanced Certification in Applied Neuroscience is a practicum program which can be broken down into 3 parts:

Goal-setting
Assessments
Adoption of Change-Readiness Skill into the implicit system in the brain (into practice).

If you are interested in mastering all 3 parts, the most cost effective way to go about it is to sign up for the full practicum program. However, if you prefer, this modular option allows you to "build your program" as you go and according to your preferences.

Prerequisite: Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience

Mastery of Advanced Applied Neuroscience goal-setting practices is like having a super power. Knowing how to correctly engage the brain during the goal-setting stage of a transformation process means:

Bypassing what our clients think their goals should be and allowing them to quickly align with their core self.

Helping our clients identify goals around patterns which have been blocking them, but they themselves mis-defined or were blind to.

Identifying 3 powerful layers of goals quickly and in an empowering way.

In addition to the full certification program, KCI invites you to experience shorter certification options, starting with exploring what it means to use advanced applied neuroscience techniques for goal-setting.

This hands-on practicum is modular, allows you to "build your own program" (pick and choose which steps you wish to add) and provides you with great flexibility.

It is a hands-on process which:

Emphasizes application and practice.
Allows you to experience first hand the transformative power of what is it like to use Advanced Applied Neuroscience techniques to define goals for coaching and other transformation processes.
Teaches you in depth how to engage the transformation systems in the brain.
Equips you to help your client distinguish between 3 layers of goals and define powerful Unlearning Goals.
Provides your clients with deeply meaningful breakthrough moments within the first few sessions.
Helps your clients see things about themselves they were not able to see, or were not open to explore in the past (with minimal resistance).

A Super Important First Step

The goal-setting stage of any coaching or change facilitation process is a critical first step.

First and most obviously, if we set goals that are not true to our core, we will not feel benefited, even if we manage to achieve those goals (we often THINK certain goals are right for us, but how we define what we "should" be or how we make sense of our inner world cognitively, logically, or rationally is often not true to our core!).

But even more than that, when the goal-setting process itself feels like a "wow" experience (co-creating deep meaningful insight with our clients), clients gain tremendous momentum and are far more likely to engage in the deep transformation work that comes next.

Finally, as the doorway to the rest of the transformation journey, the goal-setting stage is where we help our clients set up many subconscious expectations, preparing them implicitly, through experience, for what is to come.

This program is designed to provide you with an in depth understanding of how to correctly and successfully facilitate the goal-setting stage in accordance with advanced applied neuroscience techniques.

A Modular Program

Build the course that is right for you. Pick which steps you'd like to add to your plan:

Step 1 (coaching): Start by experiencing an advanced applied neuroscience goal-setting process yourself (this will give you an implicit experience of the process). This step is like signing up for personal development. You will get advanced applied neuroscience coaching for your own benefit! You'll also learn what goal-setting in this context is all about.

Step 2 (coaching): If you wish, add a neuroscience-based assessment report to your course. Separate "symptoms" from Core Causes, and gain deep clarity based on which neuroscience-based skills you have highest mastery of and which you need greater mastery of (you'll get a report based on 3 online neuroscience-based assessment tools).

Step 3 (mentoring): If you wish, add mentoring sessions to your course (you may skip step 2 if you wish). Work with a real life client while we mentor you through the goal-setting process behind the scenes.

Step 4 (mentoring): If your client in step 3 wishes to, you can add a neuroscience-based assessment report for them as well (the cost for this part is to be covered by the client).

Start and Stop Options

This high-impact practicum program may (or may not) lead to certification. It gives you the flexibility to complete it in increments, or stop anytime.

Practicum Part 1 (coaching): Both steps 1 and 2 are designed to provide you with an intuitive, first-hand understanding of the transformative power of using Advanced Neuroscience-based techniques. They allow you to first experience for yourself what it is like to align your goals with your core and define Unlearning Goals (completing steps 1 and 2 will provide you with a certificate of completion but not a certification).

Practicum part 2 (mentoring): Step 3 and 4 are designed to provide you with mastery of using Advanced Applied Neuroscience techniques to guide a client by learning to correctly engage the right systems in the brain (provides you with an advanced certification in applied neuroscience: for goal-setting).
