Which Programs Should I Consider?

KCI offers a variety of AAN

Most experienced coaches who choose to sign up for AAN programs are:

Experienced coaches and change facilitators (often with relevant higher degrees or certifications by ICF, CTI, CCE, ACMP, and similar organizations).

Already familiar with relevant traditional individual coaching or team coaching models (often also with mastery of other neuroscience-based models.

May or may not have background in neuroscience: past participants range from having a PhD in neuroscience to having no background in neuroscience at all. The program will provide you with everything you need to know about how the brain works in the specific context of change adoption and transformation.

Will I Benefit From AAN Programs?

You know yourself best!

While the time investment in AAN programs can be very flexible and easily doable (based on the program and format you choose), and while all KCI programs are designed in a way that promotes intuitive learning (so very little "academic" or "forced" learning is necessary) - as advanced programs, you can expect the level of rigor to be fairly high.

If this level of in-depth mastery sounds daunting rather than exciting, AAN programs may not be right for you.

The upside of this rigor is a new level of expertise. You'll have an in-depth, intuitive understanding of how to truly use hard-core science to support your coaching clients in ways you did not have access to before. What Should I Know?

Cutting edge: The AAN Foundations program will provide you with advanced neuroscience techniques and models (specifically to support difficult aspects of change and transformation).

Coaching First: While KCI offers both individual AND team coaching certifications, from a Neuroscience POV all change starts with individuals in mind. If you do not coach individuals at all as part of your practice, although the principles of individual change obviously transfer to team coaching, you may find this program less relevant.
