Why Is This Program Considered Advanced?

The field of applied neuroscience offers three main types of programs:

Descriptive: Sharing the science itself and describing how things work in the brain.
Traditional: Highlighting where neuroscience supports the way we do things when we use traditional coaching and change facilitation models.
Advanced: Using new scientific findings to supplement traditional models. The main focus of programs in this category is to ask "how do we use new scientific research (not yet included in the context of traditional programs) to support transformation?"

Most cohort members are:

The primary focus of the Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience course is on HOW:

Modules 1-7 provide you with an in-depth understanding of:

Modules 8-12: Incorporate all the above from modules 1-7:

Illustrating HOW to use the above knowledge in practice, lacing in 10+ Advanced Applied Neuroscience models to form a practical methodology (illustrating one cohesive way all this knowledge can be applied).

Cohort: Choose this option if you value the cohort experience and wish to receive 30 ICF CCE units (for continued education or advanced accreditation PCC or MCC).*

Self-Paced (group): Choose this option if you enjoy live Q&A and discussion in group-setting and you wish to receive 30 ICF CCE units, but you prefer flexibility in terms of your start date or pace.

The Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience course is the first of 3 steps required in order to complete the certification as an Advanced Applied Neuroscience Coach (AANC).

KCI will not provide you with a certification as an AANC without the two additional practicum steps. However, satisfactory completion of this program will award you with a certificate: Completing the Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience program.

This is a hige-value, comprehensive, extensive, and intensive program. It is focused on providing you with the most advanced knowledge about neuroscience-based models, techniques, and tools. However, please note that while this program is highly application-oriented, it is not a certification program in the sense that you will not be coached or mentored to use models and techniques (there simply isn't enough time to cover all the knowledge we need to share with you and practice it as well).
