ADVANCED CERTIFICATION IN APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE: GOAL SETTING

About This Certification

Prerequisite: Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience

Knowing how to navigate the goal-setting stage of a coaching process (with Advanced Applied Neuroscience on your side) is like having a super power:

It allows you to help clients bypass what they think their goals should be and quickly align with their core self.

It means identifying patterns which have been blocking clients, but they themselves mis-defined or were blind to (this often feels like being fully seen and heard for the first time - it is freeing, uplifting, and perhaps most importantly - it generates energy to carry us through the more difficult early stages of the transformation process).

This breakthrough experience of the goal-setting process is then accompanied by the accuracy of the report:

Separating symptoms from Core Causes.

Allowing clients to see their complexity in a way that reveals how their "inner gears" are connected - how their various parts interact with one-another, and how this "gears system" impacts the way they interact with the world around them.

Identifying the top 3 Change Readiness-Skills (which will support transformation, but may also be overused), and the 3 Change Readiness-Skills which, if clients gain greater mastery of, will make the biggest difference.

This certification allows you to "build your own program" and add parts as you go.

Once you have completed the Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience course, you can choose to focus only on mastering neuroscience-based goal-setting techniques, or add on the exploration of KCI's diagnostic report (combining and cross-refrencing 3 neuroscience-based online assessment tools).

Option 1: Goal-setting certification (without assessments).

Option 2: Goal-setting certification including assessments.

You may choose to start with goal-setting only and decide later if you wish to add to neuroscience-based assessments.

This highly application-oriented practicum type of certification:

Allows you to experience first hand the transformative power of what is it like to use Advanced Applied Neuroscience techniques to define Unlearning Goals (at first for yourself and then for your clients).
Teaches you in depth how to engage the transformation systems in the brain.
Provides your clients with deeply meaningful breakthrough moments within the first few sessions.
Helps your clients see things about themselves they were not able to see, or were not open to explore in the past (with minimal resistance).

Option 2: Goal Setting & Neuroscience-Based Assessments

If you wish, you can choose to add neuroscience-based assessment reports for you and for your client (your coachee for the purpose of the certification) at any time.

The goal-setting stage of any coaching or change facilitation process is a critical first step.

First and most obviously, if we set goals that are not true to our core, we will not feel benefited, even if we manage to achieve those goals (we often THINK certain goals are right for us based on the stories we tell ourselves about ourselves and the world - but the way our subconscious makes "emotional sense" of the world, may be a different story altogether).

In addition to that, when the goal-setting process itself feels like a "wow" experience (co-creating deep meaningful insight with our clients), clients gain tremendous momentum and are far more likely to engage in the deep transformation work that comes next.
