Cohort Format
The cohort is the most structured, most connected version of the ANN Foundations program: a small, dedicated group of 4–8 experienced coaches moving through the material together, live, offered twice a year.
If accountability and real-time discussion with peers is what helps you actually finish a program (rather than start one), this is the format built for that.

Self-study materials: 12 modules (3-7 hrs/week).

Application: The scope of this program does not leave us with any time to practice (KCI offers a 10-month practicum for this purpose). However, you will be able to take away numerous, immediately-applicable, new AAN techniques and models. Discussions are highly application-oriented + the course includes 6 hours of recorded case studies and illustrations.

Discussion: 7 live sessions, 90 minutes each, held bi-weekly.

Time: Tuesdays, 10:00am Pacific / 1:00pm Eastern (open to European time zones but please note that for NZ, Asia, and similar zones, the Self-Paced format may be a better fit).

ICF CCEUs: Qualifies for 30 credits (17 Core Competencies and 13 Resource Development).

Missed a session? Sessions are recorded, though you should plan to attend 80% of live sessions.
