This is the exact same program as the cohort version of the Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience program. The same high quality content, except it is designed for busy experienced coaches who prefer more flexibility.

Why Two More Options?

There are obvious benefits for studying with a consistent cohort in sync. However, if for you being able to start when it works with your schedule and attending sessions at your own learning pace is a higher priority, these two options may be a better fit for you. In addition to flexibility, Option 1 maintains a group discussion format + ICF CCEUs while Option 2 is much more self-study oriented and does NOT include ICF CCEUs.

What Is A Self-Paced Format?

Start anytime: You can register to start both of the above options anytime.
Same extensive program: Both options include 12 modules of content (300+ units) and 33 hours of video content.
Time for live Q&A and discussion:
- Option 1 offers a total of 12 discussion hours (six 60-90 minute live group discussion sessions + access to brilliant past Q&A discussion recordings).
- Option 2 offers two 60-90 minute individual live Q&A discussion sessions with a KCI certifying partner.
Study at your own pace: Both options allow you to engage with the online modules at your own pace, based on your learning style, your schedule, and your preferences.
Attend live sessions with complete flexibility: With both options, you can join live Q&A & discussion sessions when you have questions, wish to discuss applications, and based on your progress and availability.

How Does It Work?

Unlike the more structured cohort-based format, these two options allow you to join live Q&A & discussion sessions to explore applications based on your availability and progress (since most coaches and change facilitators taking this program are experienced professionals, they tend to be quite busy with work and life, and some appreciate the drop-in format).

Q&A and discussion sessions are 60-90 minutes long and are highly application-oriented (yes, live sessions are recorded and available for review).
