The Self-Paced format gives you the same 12 core modules as the Cohort, with far more flexibility to accommodate busy schedules. Start anytime, move through the material at your own speed, and drop into live Q&A sessions when you actually have a question rather than on a fixed twice-a-year schedule.
It's built for coaches who want the structure and the ICF CCEUs, without needing the live cohort experience to stay motivated.

Discussion: 4 live sessions, 90 minutes each, held bi-weekly.

Live Q&A/discussion sessions: Offered twice monthly on Thursdays. You'll join based on your own progress and availability. Choose from 3 options:

Thursdays at 9:00am Pacific/ 12:00pm Eastern (afternoon/evening hours in Europe and similar time zones).

Thursdays at 11:00am Pacific/ 2:00pm Eastern (evening/night hours in Europe and similar time zones).

Application: The scope of this program does not leave us with any time to practice (KCI offers a 10-month practicum for this purpose). However, you will be able to take away numerous, immediately-applicable, new AAN techniques and models. Discussions are highly application-oriented + the course includes 6 hours of recorded case studies and illustrations.

Group experience: This format is group-adjacent. You will sometimes join other participants to explore and (depending on availability) may enjoy dedicated Q&A time (which is a precious opportunity to dive into specific case studies).

ICF CCEUs: Qualifies for 30 credits (17 Core Competencies and 13 Resource Development).
