ADVANCED FOUNDATIONS IN APPLIED NEUROSCIENCE
COHORT OPTION
What Is The Cohort Format?
For the past 17 years, KCI trained and certified hundreds of coaches and change facilitators who prefer a cohort experience. There are clear benefits to a continuous discussion with a consistent cohort that progresses through the material in sync and at a similar pace.

The benefit is learning together, a wonderful sense of community, and more rewarding discussions (because everyone is advancing through the materials together). However, this option does require a commitment to the group and hence provides less flexibility. It means keeping up with the materials and attending scheduled live discussion sessions (although it's perfectly ok to miss a session here and there and sessions are recorded).
Money back guarantee?
KCI offers a risk-free 14-day money back guarantee. However, due to the dedicated small size of each cohort, please take the time to talk to one of KCI's Certifying Partners, review the content, talk to previously certified coaches, consultants, and HR leaders, and ask us any questions you may have to ensure (as much as possible) that you are comfortable with your choice up front.
Accreditation?
This program is approved by the International Coaching Federation for 30 CCE units (17 Core Competencies and 13 Resource Development). In many cases we can help you receive SHRM or NHRA credit independently.

Questions?

We believe there are many excellent programs out there and that the best approach is to give you all the information you need so you can make the decision that is right for you. We are very transparent about what this program does and does not focus on. If you would like greater clarity about different Neuroscience-based programs (including how Positive Intelligence, Somatic, Trauma-Informed, NLP, and other methods fit within the above 3 types of Neuroscience-based programs), please reach out to Reut at Reut@KCIcertification.com or click here to contact us. We'll happily provide you with as much clarity as possible so you can make the choice that is best for you.

How Can I Sign Up?
Our focus is on you as a participant. This advanced, small group, dedicated program is only offered twice a year and is limited to 6-8 spots (first-come-first-serve). If you wish to reserve your spot or to be placed on our wait list - please reach out to Reut at Reut@KCIcertification.com or contact us.
We prefer to get to know you and share everything with complete transparency. Due to the unique nature of this small group design, it is in everyone's best interest to make sure you have all the information you need in order to make the decision that is right for you (once you are ready to register we'll then send you an online form).

Certificate of Completion
This is a hige-value program. It is comprehensive and intensive and it focuses on providing you with the most advanced knowledge about neuroscience-based models, techniques, and tools.
While cohort members often have prior neuroscience knowledge (some may have completed other neuroscience-based programs and in some cases have advanced degrees in neuroscience), no neuroscience background is required and it is in no way a disadvantage to join without such background!

It can be taken as a stand-alone or alternatively, can be followed by a 10-month practicum to complete an Advanced Certification in Applied Neuroscience, based on your individual preferences (click here to learn about KCI's practicum-based certification program).

Satisfactory completion of this program will award you with a Certificate of Advanced Foundations in Applied Neuroscience. It also qualifies for 30 ICF CCE units (can also be submitted towards accreditation for PCC and MCC levels).

However, it is worth noting that while this program is highly application-oriented, it is not a certification program in the sense that you will not be coached or mentored to use models and techniques.
