AAN Cohort Experience
The live, structured format of the Advanced Applied Neuroscience (AAN) Foundations course is designed for coaches who prefer to learn through immersive discussion, practice, and a shared learning rhythm with other experienced coaches.
AAN Foundations helps experienced coaches work with difficult patterns that persist despite insight and motivation. The Cohort format combines the core course material with live discussion and a shared learning schedule.

What You Need To Know
Next start date: April 2027 (exact date TBD)
Meeting day and times: This course includes 7 X 90min live sessions. Live sessions are on Tuesdays at 8:00am Pacific/ 11:00am Eastern (afternoon hours for our collogues in Europe). Meetings are held every other week.
Recordings: The course includes 6 hours of case study and illustration recordings. All live sessions are recorded and available for review upon request.
Group size: No more than 6 experienced coaches per cohort.
Price: $1,975 USD (+3% if using CC).
Pace: Relatively fast. The course covers 12 modules, and although the cohort meets live every other week, participants are expected to complete one module per week (the 7th live session is designed for integration).
Realistic time commitment: Average independent study time of materials is around 7 hours per week.
ICF CCEUs: Approved for 30 credit units. You'll also be required to attend a minimum of 5 live sessions and complete 6 hours reviewing recordings of case studies and illustrations if you wish to receive ICF credit.
