Taught by Reut Schwartz-Hebron (two decades training and certifying coaches in Advanced Applied Neuroscience). This format is group-adjacent. You study the modules at your own pace and join live Q&A sessions to explore questions, case studies, and applications with other participants.

What You Need To Know
Start date: Anytime
Meeting day and times: This course includes 4 X 90min live sessions. Live sessions are held every other week on Thursdays (three time options available to accommodate different schedules and time zones). Join based on your progress and availability.
Recordings: The course includes 6 hours of case study and illustration recordings. All live sessions are recorded and available for review upon request (for a limited time).
Group size: Kept small but with the various attendance options and different learning schedules of different participants, groups typically do not exceed 4 experienced coaches per session (note that sometimes we are lucky to hold 1-on-1 sessions and we use those as an opportunity to dive deeper in a way that is more tailored to your specific areas of interest).
Realistic time commitment: Average independent study time of materials is around 7 hours per module (there are 12 modules total). You'll also be required to attend 6 hours of live Q&A sessions and complete 6 hours reviewing recordings of case studies and illustrations if you wish to receive ICF credit.
Price: $1,475 USD (+3% if using CC).
Pace: Totally up to you. The average time for completing the Foundations with the Self-Paced format is five months.
ICF CCEUs: Approved for 30 credit units.
