What Kind of Stuck?
From an AAN perspective, “stuck” is a pattern, not a person.
Being stuck doesn't define who we are. Your clients are not broken. Something deep and emotionally charged is keeping a pattern in place. They have learned to use this pattern to protect themselves, but since this pattern was adopted outside their awareness, it is now making transformation very difficult.
If your client isn't aware of this pattern, it may be difficult for you to access it. And even if you and your client can see it, these patterns can be difficult to change.

Who It Is And Is Not For
For: Experienced coaches (often ICF-credentialed or with other relevant certifications) with a real, current client who understands the problem, wants to change, but is struggling to overcome the pattern.
Not for: Coaching clients in crisis or situations that belong with a therapist. If that comes up, we’ll talk about how to refer well.
Price: $295 until March 2027 ($395 after that).

These workshops are taught by Reut Schwartz-Hebron (two decades training and certifying coaches in Advanced Applied Neuroscience).
You do not need to have any neuroscience background. We are fierce about protecting your client's privacy (cases are shared without names or identifying details, sessions are not recorded, AI interfaces are not allowed to take notes). All participants must commit to ensuring that everything shared in the Lab stays in the Lab.
